Picture2Juliana Oyegun served as the Chief Diversity Officer at the World Bank for over eleven (11) years, spanning 2001-2012. Her schedule in that capacity included providing strategic advice and support to senior management on building values-based approaches to diversity and inclusion.

She facilitated mainstreaming diversity into the World Bank’s business, its human resources planning, and management processes. Prior to this, she had served as Special Advisor for Gender Equity at the UNHCR in Geneva, where she facilitated the promotion of a culture of gender equity and parity.
